Mango Lassi

A Delicious, refreshing and easy to make drink that can complement any Indian meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Yoghurt
  • 2 cups Mango Pulp store bought or made at home from fresh mangoes

Tools

  • Blender

Steps

  • Add the yoghurt to the blender and whip it for a 1-2 minutes.
  • Add mango pulp and whip it for1-2 minutes.
  • Serve in chilled glasses.

Tips

Alphonso mangoes make the lassi taste awesome. They are only available April and May but their canned pulp is available in any Indian grocery store year-round.
